dc.description.abstractThe effect of temperature in peroxide value observation have done in RBDPO and RBDP Olein by using iodometric titration use Na2S2O4 as titrator. The result that obtained of peroxide value in RBDPO and RBDP Olein have differences and increase. For RBDPO in 68oC, 105oC, 125oC, 145oC of temperatures have increase of peroxide value each from 0 meq, 0,178 meq, 0,916 meq, 1,622 meq. And for RBDP Olein 28oC, 105oC, 125oC, 145oC of temperature have increase of peroxide value each from 0,467 meq, 0,643 meq, 1,272 meq, 1,910 meq. The temperature high increasingly in RBDPO and RBDP Olein will have double bond was broken so the effect of increase peroxide value. Univeen_US
