dc.description.abstractThe development of an increasingly advanced era, making increasing electronics products in the market because emerging factory factories spread throughout the world. Determination of water content of a food is very important for the process of processing and distribution gets the right handling. The amount of moisture present in a pagan material greatly affects the whole order of percentage of whole nutrients. The content of water in foodstuffs affects the resistance of foodstuffs against the declared microbial Aw that is the amount of free water that can be used by microorganisms for its growth. For example, on watermelon fruit has the highest water content compared to other fruits that is 90%. This tool is very simple, but it is ideal for monitoring the level of ir levels in the fruit. This system in the hardware section using sensors, arduino uno and LCD. The sensor outlines the water content (humidity and temperature) at the time, the results received by the sensor and then converted by arduino uno to a certain percentage value which will be displayed in the LCD.en_US
