Have analyzed the levels of free fatty acids, peroxide content, ash content and
moisture content in cooking oil quantitatively using titration acidimetry obtained
palmitic acid levels 0.2592%, 0.2025% lauric acid, oleic acid and 0.2885% peroxide
1.1%, obtained using the furnace ash content of 0.012% and the moisture content
using the oven obtained by 0.06009%. Obtained from the analysis of bulk cooking oil
suitable for consumption society has been meeting the ISO standards and existing
literature to ensure the quality standards of cooking oil.
