Data used in the research is the questionnaires data filled by residential consumers Medan Tuntungan which became the research sample. The method used to select residential is fuzzy multi-attribute decision making model of Yager. The results of this research are known residential the best of several residential in the area Medan Tuntungan to be invested in order to gains maximum profits.
