dc.description.abstract | Has been done the Free Fatty Acids (FFA) level by Alkalimetry method in fruit
fractions of Crude Palm Oil, Half Raw fractions, Cooked fractions PTPN IV
Adolina Perbaungan Sumatera Utara. Titration has performed using KOH 0,1043
N and phenolptalein as indicator at temperature ± 450C. Result shared that the
FFA of Crude Palm Oil fractions = 2,1517%, Half Raw fractions = 2, 7822% and
Cooked fractions = 3,0507%. All of the FFA Fractions obtain from Alkalimetry
method are in accordance with company standars on PTPN IV Adolina.
