dc.description.abstractHas been done the Free Fatty Acids (FFA) level by Alkalimetry method in fruit fractions of Crude Palm Oil, Half Raw fractions, Cooked fractions PTPN IV Adolina Perbaungan Sumatera Utara. Titration has performed using KOH 0,1043 N and phenolptalein as indicator at temperature ± 450C. Result shared that the FFA of Crude Palm Oil fractions = 2,1517%, Half Raw fractions = 2, 7822% and Cooked fractions = 3,0507%. All of the FFA Fractions obtain from Alkalimetry method are in accordance with company standars on PTPN IV Adolina. Universitasen_US
