dc.description.abstractCrude Palm Oil (CPO) is one of product from Crude Palm and the parameter that use to analys the quality of palm oil one of Free Fatty Acid (FFA) standart. The parameter is very important to analys because in high consentrate will make rancid smell and easy to oxidation. Because of that to maintain the Crude Palm Oil quality is made analys based on the parameter that used with thytrimetric method. From the analys result that is made Free Fatty Acid standart that get from Crude Palm Oil at 17 up to 25 February 2014 is 3,02 up to 3,2 percent, and the quality standart Free Fatty Acid that contain in Crude Palm Oil define by PT. Multimas Nabati Asahan is 5 percent. So, from the experiment result of Free Fatty Acid standart to Crude Palm Oil still fill the standart export quality that has defined by PT. Multimas Nabati Asahan (MNA).en_US
