Abstract

Comparative studies have been conducted on the measurement method CaCO3 cigarette paper and burning with the titration method in PT. Pusaka Prima Mandiri analysis in which CaCO3 measurements using the titration method was 33,7, while using the combustion method was 27,84 %. The differences in these measurements in because Sodium Citrate contained in the cigarette paper which react at the time titrasi.Di range set by the consumer is 26,0% - 34,0%. So if the levels of CaCO3 > 34,0% and < 26,0%. So the quality is not good cigarette paper.
