Penentuan Kadar Asam Lemak Bebas (Alb) dan Kadar Air pada Inti Sawit Produksi di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Unit Dolok Sinumbah
Abstract
Have done the analysis of free fatty acid levels (FFA) and the analysis of the water
content of palm kernel of production at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) a unit
of Dolok Sinumbah. Analysis of free fatty acid levels was conducted by titration with
KOH and water content analysis conducted by the oven drying method. From the
results obtained by the analysis of free fatty acid levels averaged 1.13% and the
average water content obtained was 6.16%. While the quality standards set by the
ISO (International Standards Organization) 9001 was 2.00% for the levels of free
fatty acids and 7.00% for the production of palm kernel water content. So the results
of the analysis of free fatty acid and water content of palm kernel of production still
meet the quality standards set by the ISO (International Standards Organization)
9001.
