dc.description.abstractThe amount of supply product are the thing that have concerned by the company so that demand can be satiable well. PT.Hutahaean is one of production company with tapioca as the raw material. The uncertainty of the raw material becoming problem in the company because it can cause demand can not be satiable well. Fuzzy logic is one of method that used to analyzed system that uncertainty. Tsukamoto method is one pf the fuzzy method that can used to determine the optimum of supply amount based on demand and production data. In this method, there are 3 variables are modeled, such as demand, production and amount of supply. Demand variables consist of two fuzzy set, that are: down and up, production variables consist of two fuzzy set, that are; decreased and increased, and demand variables consist of two, that are: little and many. In this research, the optimum amount for supply each month is 328.562 kg.en_US
