Acetic acid is a one of industrial product that large consumed in Indonesia. Acetic
acid can make from a substrate, which consist of ethanol. It could make from
many kind of material such asfruits, pine aplle leather, coffe pulp, and coconut
water.Donewithmethod titrimetry of determination of acetic acid levels in vinegar food
solutions. The results obtained acetic acid levelsin the solution ofvinegar
Mis25.91% and theconcentrationof aceticacidin thevinegarsolutionvinegar
Vis6.54%.IndonesianNational Standardaceticacidinthe vinegarsolution
ofminimalfoodfrom 4 to 12.5%.Wherethe samplesolution ofvinegar M does
notqualifyandthe samplesolution ofvinegar Vqualify.
