Analisis Kepuasan Konsumen terhadap Perumahan Serasi Residence Tahap 3 PT. Baggi Glenwill Gemilang dengan Model Anlisis Jalur (Studi Kasus Konsumen Perumahan Serasi Residen Tahap 3)

Abstract

Path analysis is used to analyze the patterns of relationships between variables in order to determine the effect of directly or indirectly between independent variables with the dependent variable. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling Proportionated. Variables used five variables. From the data obtained to test the validity and reliability using software SPSS 18 for windows. Based on this research, the variables that directly affect jointly against the decision is physical evidence with great effect by 90.4%. Factors that influence indirectly to the decision are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy.
