dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the factors (attributes) that most affect tourist preferences to visit the Samosir island. This research uses conjoint analysis, and measurement methods used in this analysis is full profile. Conjoint analysis is a multivariate analysis technique which is used to determine the preferences / interests of respondents to a product either goods or services by combining a number of values of each attribute. And the purpose of the full profile method is established to evaluate many factors of all attributes. The data in this study is the use of primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Respondents are foreign tourists and domestic tourists visiting the Samosir island and selected as a sample by using Quota Sampling. And result for this research which to affect tourist in visiting Samosir Island is: tourism attractions, tourism activity, souvenirs, transportation, kinds of accommodation, accommodation facility. | en_US |
