dc.description.abstractMany activities in a bank being a queue as Teller Staff is less than customer and the average of customer is more than bank service average. Queue is happen instead of service need is over to capacity service. Iskandar Muda Medan branch of Mandiri Bank is still found queuing especially on busy time. This research’s aims are found queues system for this bank and analyze it. In the basic counting of queue theory had found Iskandar Muda Medan branch of Mandiri Bank follow (M /M / 3) : (FIFO/∞/∞) form, arrival process follow Poisson Distribution and pattern of service follow Eksponential Distribution with Kolmogorov Smirnoy Test, there are 3 tellers in facility service, First comers First serve motto with input source and population is unlimited costumers. In queue theory approach (M /M / 4) : (FIFO/∞/∞) formis suitable activated to be added to prevent crowd queue.en_US
