Unemployment is a term that is not familiar, because basically
unemployment is an unavoidable circumstances exist, both in developing
countries and in developed countries. Each country can give different definitions
regarding the definition of unemployment. Unemployment is a condition in which
a person belonging to the category of the labor force do not have jobs and are not
actively looking for work. The high level of unemployment in a country can have
a negative impact on the economy of the country. Where, unemployment will
become a burden, not only for governments, but also have an impact on the
family, the environment, and so forth. In addition, high levels of unemployment in
a country, can also increase the number of kriminilatias, increased social unrest
and increase poverty within a country. Education is one of the main factors
causing unemployment, because with higher education will increase a person's
chances to get a job that could prosper life. With low educational chances of a
person to obtain a decent job will be more severe, because at the present time
higher education will largely determine welfare. Likewise with at least large jobs,
because many companies are trying to reduce the company's costs by
disconnecting the employment of its own employees.Criteria for the company's
employees is very high at this time, including regarding age, intelligence and
expertise job seekers. Not to mention the overcrowding that led to jobs not in
accordance with the number of job seekers. So it is appropriate that the
government should pay more attention to the problem of unemployment that exist
in Indonesia.
