dc.description.abstractJob Performance of employees strongly influence the achievements of a company and in this research the company of PT . Panel Kantarworld researchers spread questionnaire to 46 respondents with 11 variables were observed to determine the factors that affect job performance in PT . Kantarworld Panel. To analyze about the dominant factors influencing Work Performance in PT . Kantarworld Panel assessed using factor analysis . From the results of the factor analysis equation in this study can be interpreted that the constant value of 11 independent variables studied are three independent variables were the dominant influence positively and significantly related to job performance PT .
