dc.description.abstractInventory is one of the issues that need to be considered in relation to the activities of the production process, cost, and distribution of goods, whether raw materials, goods in process or semi-finished goods, or finished goods. Excess or shortage of inventory that is too large will result in a loss, the loss of opportunity to earn profits that have accrued to the company. This research is using of inventory control models to determine the optimal level of CPO production with minimum total cost inventory. Resulting from the calculation using the theory of inventory control in this research were obtained optimal level of production of each round CPO production is 6.943.198,528 kg with optimal time interval is 2,168 months or 1560,960 hours. Difference in cost of inventory procurement of CPO production generated using inventory control models and calculations based on the company's production is Rp 51.880.689,- per month.en_US
