Abstract

The pollutant and waste water which come from the industrial activities are the maintain reason be water polluted. Analyze of solid matter in water is very important for water component determination completely either for planning and controlling cultivation process in drinking water or waste water. The indicator that using for show the characteristic of industrial waste water enclose the physic indicator such as solid matter. Analyze of Total Suspended Solid (TSS) of BARISTAND waste water have done. Method of TSS determination did with gravimetric method. With filtering, drying, and weighing until the constant weight. The value of TSS at first week on January until fourth week on February 2008 are : 15 mg/l, 0 mg/l, 20 mg/l, 3 mg/l.
