Current mathematical applications are widely applied in various fields, such as industries/companies. Problems that are often faced by industry/company regarding inventory issues. Fluctuations in demand for goods is erratic from one period to another cause shortages or excess supply. The application of the linear programming model is very helpful in the decision-making for operation managers to determine which product is a top priority for supply. Early stage in the development of models of Linear Programing is identify all the variables, objective function (Z) and constraint functions. In terms of determining the optimal supply used Simplex Method in Linear Programming. By doing assessment at PT. Multi Mas Chemindo, the goal function is to maximize corporate profits and constraint functions are the storage capacity and the number of requests. Data processing is performed using software POM-QM. Based on calculations concluded that the combination of inventory by the corporate reached the optimal level for urea 2.000 packs, kieserite 8.000 packs and rock phosphate 10.000 packs.en_US
