Observations have been made CPO time saving process with changes in free fatty acid levels and water content. Analysis results obtained for free fatty acid levels of 4.04% and 0.1% water content. From the observations made, it is known accretion rate changes increase - flat for free fatty acid levels and water content. On the second day, increased levels of free fatty acids is 0.15% on the third day 0.18%, 0.33% on the fourth day.And the water content of the second day, an increase of 0.02% and on the third day 0,04 % and on the fourt day peak at 0,008%.
