Strategi Adaptasi Masyarkat Korban Phk Dalam Mengatasi Sosial Ekonomi Keluarga Di Kelurahan Mabar Kecamatan Medan Deli Kota Medan

Abstract

The economic crisis that hit the world economy has led Indonesia to become worse , more difficult jobs . Many companies that cut ties with the employees working in the area of Medan city the most experienced layoffs is Medan Industrial Area . The workers generally do not have higher education and making it difficult to get work resulted in their socio-economic conditions is very low because there is no source of income . This study did not use population but uses research subjects because data on the number of retrenched workers in the Village District of Medan Deli Mabar not available . So the research subjects in this study were 3 families by using snowball sampling basis . The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a screening instrument of data used are premises to collect , manage , present and describe the life stories collected and then analyzed . From the research that has been done , the authors can conclude revenue layoff victims is very small because they are paid very little work that they did find a second job adaptation strategies . Food conditions laid off most of the victims could still be said to be four healthy and sober and some are just not meet nutritional standards . Families of victims of layoffs to four healthy foods in general can not be saved . Home ownership status for the families of the victims parents are the property but for young families still renting the physical condition of semi- permanent . When experiencing pain in general they seek treatment at the health center or to buy drugs at cheaper stalls . While the children in the family rarely went to college , high school garden over their usually become laborers for the minimal income retrenched workers need a strategy to defend the socioeconomic condition of the family so that they can be provided food strategy is to find a second job that is usually a family backbone into two or assisted by his sons , became casual , sandals plumb , changing patterns formerly konsusmsi per kilo per sack now .
