dc.description.abstractThis thesis is tittled " The role of the Technical Implementation Unit School( UPT.SLB - E ) In the field of Trustees of State Provides Skills For People With Learning Activities Grahita Tuna " . This thesis consists of 6 chapters with a number of 91 pages. The issue presented here is the extent to which the role of the Technical Implementation Unit School ( UPT.SLB - E ) Foreign Pembina Field in Providing Skills Learning Activities For People With Tuna Grahita were evaluated from three aspects: cognitive , affective , psychomotor and independence . Type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative method , which aims to describe the real situation regarding the role of the Unit towards learning skills in children mentally disabled . Analysis of data derived from questionnaires to respondents will be presented using tables that are qualitative . The conclusionsobtainedthrough analysis of the data that the role of the learning activities UPT skills of cognitive and affective aspects meets the criteria while the psychomotor aspects of the role and independence of the Unit on the development of skills of mentally disabled children are still well below average.en_US
