Abstract

Implementation Effectiveness Skills Training Programme in Social Services Child Adolescent Unit (Psar) Nusa Son Tanjung Morawa Deli Serdang regency in North Sumatra. Every man wants a prosperous and happy life, where they can meet their respective needs, both physical needs, spiritual, and social. But in reality, not all people have the opportunity to enjoy a prosperous life as expected, because of the problems it faces in life. This problem usually arises because of the inability to perform the functions of such social barriers and obstacles in realizing the values, aspirations, and the fulfillment of their needs. This study used a descriptive type of research because it describes the subject or the object of research in the form of data that already exists and aims to describe the characteristics of the subject or the object in detail. This research was conducted at the Social Services Child Adolescent Unit Nusa Son Tanjung Morawa by the number of the population is 161, the sample in this study was 32 people by using purposive sampling. The location of this research is in the Social Services Child Adolescent Unit Nusa Son Tanjung Morawa. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded Effectiveness Skills Training Program Implementation Unit at The Children Social Services Nusa Son Tanjung Morawa is effectively measured by several indicators: Comprehension Program, Target Accuracy, Timeliness, achievement of objectives and tangible change.
