The study is done about tackling against aged undertaken by workers societys social ( PSM) that was on the road marelan gang agreed kelurahan rengas pulau sub-district marelan field. For the elderly which are handled by participation is still potential for the elderly are capable of performing activities in accordance with that which is desirable, And also seniors their residence in the house of each one of them. This research using methods research descriptive with a population of 200 with sampling 20 of respondents. Collecting data done with meyebarkan a questionnaire accompanied by observation and interview against respondents. This research using statistical data displayed in table single. The result analysis of data done; the authors conclude that the role of social workers in running service program for the elderly done in practice have done well. It is visible from of answer of respondents were on the implementation of service program aged itself ranging from health services, additional provision of food and spiritual guidance it has demonstrated a good results and this program could be said to be very beneficial for the elderly.
