Abstract

The Influence of the Family Strengthening Program of the Social Welfare of Inmates SOS Children’s Village Foundation in Tanjung Anom Village Subdistrict of Pancur Batu Regency of Deli Serdang Family is the most important unit in society as the main foundation for building quality human resources, thus strengthening the family is needed to support of social welfare family. However weak economic conditions resulted in many children displaced. Therefore, through the family strengthening programs, SOS Children’s Village Foundation helps disadvantaged families to make quality and independent family in the long run. This study aims to determine whether there is the influence of the family strengthening programs of the social welfare of inmates SOS Children’s Village Foundation in Tanjung Anom Village Subdistrict of Pancur Batu Regency of Deli Serdang. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research type to describe whether there is the influence of the family strengthening programs. The resident population is urban research Village Tanjung Anom are listed as members of the family strengthening program , amounting to 22 people. Meanwhile , the data analysis techniques in this study is description using a single table. The conclusion of the analysis of the data that there are significant family strengthening program for the social welfare of inmates SOS Children’s Village Foundation in Tanjung Anom village. Increased social welfare indicated by all respondents through the family strengthening program implementation in the fields of economy, education, and health.
