Analisa Jaringan Sosial antara Yayasan Compassion Indonesia dan Gereje Penyebaran Injil melalui Child Sponsorship Program di Pusat Pengembangan Anak IO-552

Abstract

Social equity objectives, the achievement and maintenance of the minimum standard of provision and maintenance of social cohesion and collective responsibility of the welfare state, in the best conditions only partially. Today the concept of a social network can be a new alternative in the social welfare and social development at the grassroots level .. The fact that there are policy-makers, donors and decision-makers strongly encourage the use of partnerships as a strategy for social welfare As performed by Yayasan Compassion Indonesia (foundation) and Gereja Penyebaran Injil (Church) partnered through Child Sponsorship Program at the Child Development Center (Pusat Pengembangan Anak/ PPA) IO-552. Therefore elements inherent in social networks,such participation, exchange of reciprocity, solidarity, cooperation and justice, be an interesting issue to be addressed in order to understand the power of social networking. This study classified the type of descriptive study with a qualitative approach. This study will be conducted at the Child Development Center (PPA) IO -552. Researchers obtained data from the research literature and field research. Research literature that is of a scientific book, Compassion Partnership Handbook and Workbook PPA IO-552 Years 2013-2014. The field research through observation and interviews with Commission PPA and PPA Coordinator. Based on the survey results revealed that the social networks among Yayasan Compassion Indonesia with Gereja Penyebaran Injil bound by the doctrine of solidarity because of the similarity of confidence . Then a sense of solidarity to encourage participation and cooperation in the implementation of the Child Sponsorship Program at the PPA IO - 552 . Participation and cooperation rules support the effectiveness of social services and the achievement of goals . While the mutual exchange and justice which contains elements of the obligation and the right fulfillment will maintain partnerships between Yayasan Compassion Indonesia and Gereja Penyebaran Injil . Social networking between Yayasan Compassion Indonesia and Gereja Penyebaran Injil through Child Sponsorship Program has provided an opportunity for 123 children from poor families to get out of the cycle of poverty . With a holistic development strategy that is spiritual activities , cognitive , physical , emotional and socio - given , children projected to be able to function socially without being isolated by poverty . From the social network between Yayasan Compassion Indonesiaa with Gereja Penyebaran Injil of researchers noticed that the social networking as part of social capital is potentially large in an effort to improve social welfare at the grassroots level .
