Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan Di Kelurahan Titi Kuning Kecamatan Medan Johor

Abstract

One of the problem which always faced by the Indonesian Sate even countries in the world is the poverty problem. The poverty rate of a family generaly related with rate education and healthy. Low income poor families caused they not be able fulfillment education and healthy needs eventhought for a minimal level. Many development programs of society which has been formed but not yet give good results. To response this case current government has been designed a program which called Program Keluarga Harapan. This program is purpose to reduce poverty and increase quality of human resource especially for poor communities. This research classified to descriptive research type which purpose to describe efectivity Program Keluarga Harapan implementation at Titin Kuning Village Subdistrict Medan Johor. The population in this research is 120 people and the sample is 24 people. The instrument of analysis data which used is questionnaire, interview and observation, and then the analysis by tabulation of data which contained in a single data table. Based on data has been collected and has been analysis it can be conclude that Effectiveness of Program Keluarga Harapan at Titi Kuning Village Subdistrict Medan Hohor is effective. It can be seen from almost all respondents answers to the measuring instrument is precision targeted research programs, satisfaction of the program, the successful implementation of the program, the purpose and benefits, resulting in an effective.
