Eektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Pencegahan Dan Pemberantasan, Penyalahgunaan Dan Peredaran Gelap Narkoba (P4GN) Oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Di SMA Methodist 1 Medan

Abstract

The negative impact of drug crime against human life is very devastating both to the social, economic, cultural, political, and defense and security. The danger of drug abuse and illicit trafficking has been growing very rapidly and even threaten the existence of the next generation. The main target of drug abuse and illicit trafficking is the students. With a large enough population, they certainly are very potential market to be taken seriously by the drug dealers, especially mental development conditions of this group are also very supportive. BNN as institutions put forward in the prevention and eradication of drugs in Indonesia, as stipulated in Law No. 35 of 2009 and Presidential Decree No. 23 Year 2010 on institutional BNN, now continue to work together to develop the performance of all elements and thus involve active community participation and dynamic to combat the problem of drug abuse. In line with the strategic and innovative measures implemented through prevention and eradication programs, drug abuse and illicit trafficking (P4GN). The problems discussed in this thesis is to see firsthand how the effectiveness of the program P4GN viewed through a measuring tool that is precision targeted research program effectiveness, satisfaction of the program, the successful implementation of the program, the purpose and benefits. This research was conducted at Methodist High School 1, Medan. Total population in this study were 120 students. To represent the population to be sampled as many as 24 students and the instrument used was a questionnaire. This type of research is descriptive research type. These results are supported by field observations. Data obtained from this study are editing, coding and tabulated in a single table and then analyzed. Based on the research and analysis of data, it can be seen that the effectiveness of implementation prevention and eradication programs, drug abuse and illicit trafficking (P4GN) by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) at Methodist High School 1, Medan is effective. It can be seen from almost all respondents answers to the measuring instrument is precision targeted research programs, satisfaction of the program, the successful implementation of the program, the purpose and benefits, resulting in an effective. It's just expected that BNN remain focused on executing the program on a regular basis and continuous for the purpose and benefits of these programs continue to be felt by the younger generation, especially students so that the students no longer fall into drug
