Abstract

Inthe current situationit is possiblethe change ofconditionsforbothworkersdue to illness, accidentsanddeath. SoBPJSemploymentisone of thesocial securityto provide protectionagainstsuchconditions. The problemaddressed inthis studyishow theemployee's response to theimplementation ofemploymentprogramsBPJSPT. mutiaraMuktiFarma. aims to determinethe employee's response to theimplementation ofemploymentprogramsBPJSPT. mutiaramuktiFarma. Throughthisresearchis expected todevelopconceptsand theoriesrelating tosocial security toworkers. This research was conductedatPT. MutiaraMuktiFarmaDistrict of MedanMedanJohor. This study wasclassified asdescriptive typewitha total population of250peoplewhokemuadianbe sampledas many as 25people. Thetechnique ofsampling inthis studyisteniksamplingpurposive sampling,thecriteria for determination ofthe sampleareparticipants inthe social securityprogramfor 5years. Toobtainthe data, researchers used aquestionnaireresearchinstruments. Inanalyzingthe data, researchers usedquantitativeanalysis methodswithdescriptive dataanalysis techniques. Based on the analysisof datait can be concludedthatthe responseof employeesasthe employmentprogram participantsBPJSseen fromthe aspectof perceptionemployees havea positiveperception, it canbe seenfrom theknowledgeandunderstanding ofemployees aboutemploymentBPJSprogram. Whileattitudesandaspectsof participationof employeeshasa negativeresponse, it is caused byemployeedissatisfactionwith the services providedand theattendantlack ofemployeeparticipationin thefollowingactivitieswerecarried outbyofficersBPJSemployment.
