Abstract

Government thatthe mostactive role inthis regard, thoughnot unconnectedcooperationofthe private sectorandnon-governmental organizations. One of theprogramsconducted by governmentandthe private sector ornon governmental organizationsis amentoringprogram. Mentoringasastrategycommonly usedbygovernmentandnon-profit organizationsin an effort toimprove the qualityofhuman resources, so as toidentifythemselvesaspartof theproblems experiencedandstrivetofind alternative solutions tothe problems faced. Human resource capacityis strongly influencedby theselfempowerment. Theactivities ofmentoringasa strategicefforttodevelopa veryattractiveto womenprostitutesin brothels. The involvement ofPSKasbeneficiarieswho needknowledgeandinformationabout therisksofhis job, is strongly influencedby thefacilitators(Outreach worker) in the fieldthatacts as a facilitator, communicatoranddimanisator. This research was conductedat theinstituteConcerned WomenprostitutedField(P3M) located on Jl. SetiaBudiHousingAmbasadorNo.107MarketIIMedanTanjungSari. This study wasclassified asdescriptiveresearchthat aimstodescribeobjectsandphenomenaunder study ishow the roleof womenin thefieldconcernedprostitutedaccompanycommercialsex workersin thefieldSinabunginn. This researchincludesthe studypopulationforthis studyisthe samplepopulation(N =n) whichamounted to24people. Data collection techniquesusedareliterature studiesandfieldstudies. The results showedthat theP3Mrolein assistingprostitutesinInnsSinabunghas been going well. It can be seenfrom theindicatorsthat have beenspecifiedauthorsincludeOutreachcondoms, VCT, SkillsTrainingandSexualTrauma Counseling(CBT).
