Abstract

One of the effortstoensure thefulfillment of the rightsof the childiswiththe implementation ofthe City Of Children Deserveprogramcarried out by TheEmpowermentOf WomenandFamily PlanningMedan City.The aim istoprovide protection tochildrenandtheir rights inaprocessof sustainable development, by creatinga conducive environmentso that children canlive, grow, developandparticipate optimallysuitthe dignity. This study isa descriptive study withqualitative approachis todescribeanddepictthe data obtainedfrom the fieldandthenexplain itwith words.This study aims toinvestigate the implementation ofthe City ProperHygieneprogramin improving the welfareof childrenby the Agency forWomen's EmpowermentandFamily PlanningMedan.This research was conductedin thevillageof PuloBrayanLandII. Data was collected byin-depthinterviewsand field observations.Datawereobtained and thennarratedqualitativelyby holdingcategorizationand furtheranalyzed. Based on the data that has been collected and analyzed it can be concluded that the implementation of the program by the City of Eligible Children of Women Empowerment and Family Planning Medan done pretty well marked by the holding of Children's Forum, set the Child Friendly School, socialization is done in improving the compliance certificate of registration coverage the birth of the child as well as the fulfillment of children's health through the holding of posyandu activities.It's justexpectedthe awarenessofthe community tomaintain and carefacilities providedfor children andis also expectedthat theAgency forWomen's EmpowermentandFamily Planningremain focusedin implementingthisprogramregularlyand continuouslyfor the purposeandbenefits ofthisprogramcontinues tobe feltbythe child.
