T Education have a major problem it is called a dropouts. The location of this research in North Padang Lawas District, which has a dropout rate of primary and secondary schools is quite high at 24%. This study helps mitigate or anticipate the risk of dropouts factors by analyzing variables as indicators of External and Internal causes of dropouts. This is two stages to form a model of Second Confirmatory Factor Analysis (2CFA), because the early stages there are only three indicators of goodness of fit is the degree of freedom (df), Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) and Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) are eligible . However, 2CFA final stage was found that all the indicators qualified. Second Confirmatory Factor Analysis (2CFA) final stage is known that the largest contribution to the external latent variables by 71.5% with the biggest indicator is Y113 (means educators) with a value of 65%. While the internal latent variables by 33.5% with the biggest indicator is X223 (economy) with a value of 80.9%. Keywords: DropoutFactors, Second Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Goodness of Fiten_US
