Economic growth is a long-term issue that is influenced by a number of factors. In this study, the effect of labor, exports, foreign investment, and domestic investment on North Sumatera's economic growth will be examined. The secondary data is a time series of data from 1990 to 2020 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and literature review. T-test and F-test statistics are carried out, as well as Linier regression analysis with Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Additionally, the classical assumption test is run. All the analysis are conducted by using the EViews 10 Application. The results of the study indicate that the domestic investment, foreign investment, labor, and exports all have a substantial effect on North Sumatera economic growth. Partially, the Investment and export have a big and favorable effect on economic growth. However, North Sumatera's economic growth is substantially affected by foreign investment and labor.en_US
