| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of digital library users of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia through the use of iPusnas using the DigiQUAL method. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all iPusnas users who were registered as members and had borrowed collections before, namely 1,152,215 people and with a total sample of 100 people, which was calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique was carried out using accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that the perceptions of users of the digital library of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia through the use of iPusnas using the DigiQUAL method in terms of accessibility/navigability indicators get a total score of 1,377 including in the very good category. In the collection building indicator, the total score of 1,571 is included in the good category. In the library as community indicator, the total score of 638 is included in the good category. In the indicator of the role of federations, the total score of 635 is included in the good category. In the digital library sustainability indicator, a total score of 945 is included in the good category. In the copyright indicator, the total score of 732 is included in the very good category. Based on the results of this study, the perception of digital library users of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia through the use of iPusnas received a total score of 5,898 which is included in the good category. | en_US |
