dc.description.abstractDistortion is an uneven magnification on different parts of the same object. Research on geometric distortion has been done on radiographic images. The position of the object used is 0 °, 30 °, 45 ° and 90 °. The research was conducted on Radiology unit at Dumai City Hospital area. From the results of this study found that there is distortion at positions 30 ° and 45 ° and magnification occurs in each image. Distortion can also affect the density of the radiographic image, from the results of the test using densitometer then found each image with a close Focus Film Distancefound low density but if the Focus Film distance too far density can also be low.en_US
