Has done research on the effect of geometry on unsharfness radiographic images.
This study aims to determine the extent to which factors influence the sharpness
of the image geometry. From the results analisys value obtained densits
influenced by the value of the SID and OID as well as the level stepwedge used
where the highest density of exposure of 60 kV with a small focus of 1 mm is at
120 cm SID, OID 0 cm and stepwedge at the lowest level 1 dengannilai 2,24dan at
SID 90 cm, 60 cm and stepwedge OID at level 11 with a value of 0.26. For the
measurement results obtained at 90 kV with a large exposure focus 2 mm high
density values are at 90 cm SID, OID 0 cm and stepwedge at level 1 with a value
of 1.96 and the lowest at 90 cm SID, OID of 60 cm and at the level stepwedge 11
with a value of 0.29. Penumbra formation due to lack tajaman geometry (Ug) will
be even greater if the SID value of small, large OID, large great spot with the
greatest Ug value at a voltage of 90 kV and a large exposure focus 2 mm that is 4
x 10-1
for the OID of 60 cm and SID 90 cm and the lowest was 0.18 x 10-1
