dc.description.abstractA research on the fabrication of coin battery with the variation of mixing time and temperature at slurry cathode LiFePO4 and variation of drying temperature at cathode sheets. The material of cathode was using a powder of LiFePO4 : Super P : PVDF with composition 85 : 10 : 5 and 20 mL of DMAC. The mixing time was varied at 3, 5, 7 hour at 29˚C and the mixing temperature was varied at 29, 50, 60˚C for 3 hour and the drying temperature was varied of 80, 100, 120˚C for 5 hour. The sheets of cathode are made by using doctor blade process. The powder of LiFePO4 was analyzed by XRD. Morphology of the LiFePO4 cathode sheets was analyzed by Microscope Optic and SEM. Discharge capacity was analyzed by charge/discharge. The result of this research showed that the variation of mixing time has the highest capacity at 7 hour-sampel is 3,75 mAh/g. Meanwhile, the variation of mixing temperature has the highest capacity at ˚C50 sampel is 5,81 mAh/g. The variation of drying temperature has the highest capacity at 80˚C sampel is 5,70 mAh/g.en_US
