Analisis Pengaruh Gaji, Interaksi Sosial, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Fasilitas dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada PTPN III Kebun Bandar Betsy

Abstract

ABSTRACT Conjoint analisys is a multivariate analysis technique used to know respondent preference in a product or services by combining the amount of the value of each attribute separately . This research aim to determined combination of salary attribution, social interaction, leadership’s style, fasilitation and motivation to work that very affect achievemant’s work of employed at PTPN III Bandar Betsy. Data is used in this research was primer data to be obtained with the way to spread questionnare to 90 employees at PTPN III Bandar Betsy for factory’s division and small factory. This research showed that attribute combination is very to be like by all of respondents are salary will be respect as show they do work, social interaction, control of superior to inferior, democration of leaderships style, avaible of general equipment transportation as fasilitation to employees, motivation to get higher position or good rank in carrier for the employees that had achievements.
