This study aims to determine the radiation dose and the impact caused by radiation. Radiation dose measurements performed by imadiation using photon of energy 10 MV, with field 40 cm x 40 cm, dose rate 400 MU, surveymeter back ground 0,9 pSv/h, calibration factor scale 200 pSv/h-103, and supporting data obtained from Balai Pengawas Fasilitas Kesehatan Medan, and result of medical check up. Research result obtained, dose received by radiacion workers in the Radioteraphy Unit RSUP H Adam Malik Medan is still within normal limits permitted by Badan Pengawas Tenga Nulkir (BAPETEN) is less than 5000 mrem per year and not find the things that cause abnormalities in blood or the health officer. The hospital should continue to monitor the radiation dees each month and require a medical check up of radiation workers.en_US
