Analisis Faktor – Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Kemiskinan Petani di Kecamatan Gebang Kabupaten Langkat

ABSTRACT The research is done to analyze factors of farmers’ poverty in Gebang district Langkat regency, and to definite the effectivity of multiple regression in analyzing it. The result shows that education level, living cost, farm capital, number of amenability, and farmers’ income simultaneously has positive and significant effect to farmers’ welfare, which means poverty can be reduced. The coefficient of determination is 58,3% with 5% significant level. Keyword : Multiple Regression and The Factors of Farmers’ Poverty
