dc.description.abstractLiMn2O4 cathode sheets have been made from a mixture of LiMn2O4 powder, Super P, PVDF and DMAC solvent of 60 ml by using a variation of the composition and thickness variation wherein the composition used is 85: 10: 5 and 90: 7: 3, while the variation in thickness is 100 μm, 150 μm, 300 μm. The cathode sheets made from coin cell batteries using metallic lithium anode and electrolyte which is 1 M LiPF6. Characterization of powder LiMn2O4 tested by XRD, morphology LiMn2O4 cathode sheets with Optical Microscopy and SEM-EDX, and the coin-cell battery discharge capacity with charge-discharge test. From the results of testing the capacity of the battery discharge generated on the composition of 85: 10: 5 decreases with increasing thickness of the sheet LiMn2O4 cathode, while the composition of 90: 7: 3 discharge capacity of the battery is increased in thickness of 150 μm is equal to 0.93 mAh / g, if the thickness of cathode sheets are added to 300 μm then its discharge capacity was decreased in the amount of 0.31 mAh / g.en_US
