dc.description.abstractAbstrack Implementation of development project will run optimally when there is a good planning. Scheduling a project can be done by described the components of the activities to be carried out. Types of activites to be implemented arranged in the order of actiities that must be done first. In this paper, there are two method of scedhuling. Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT). Based on the calculations that have been done then obtained a critical path A1-B-C1-D1-E1-F1-G1-H1-I1-K1-L-N1- P-S1-T1-U1-V1-W with total time 84 days, while the PERT method with probability of success 97,95 % need 86 days.en_US
