dc.description.abstractPreparation anode lithium ion battery using Mesocarbon Microbead (MCMB) as an active material had been done with variation on the weight fraction of N,N Dimethyl Acetamide (DMAC) solvent by 42,85%, 33,3%, 27,27% against the active material to see the battery performance by comparing battery made by MCMB powder heat treat 5000 C with MCMB powder without treatment. Battery performance testing using a Charge-discharge test and Cyclic voltamettry (CV). Preparation of sheet battery using MCMB as an anode active material, Polynilidene Flouride (PVDF) as a binder and Acetylenene Black (AB) as an additive. The result obtained MCMB powder without treat has a hexagonal crystal structur with graphite composition has not been 100%. The particle morphology is meeting with diameter range of 106 μm. The most well anode sheet resulting from mixing with 33,33% weight fraction DMAC with MCMB powder without treat. Charge-discharge test result show the maximum charge capacity is by 3,32 mAh and discharge capacity is 1,63 mAh with spesific capacity is 20,12 mAh/g.en_US
