dc.description.abstractThe calculation process of acoustic data Laser Induced Breakdown Detection (LIBD) have done with program Matlab. Program Matlab is used to calculate the amount of probability breakdown in each sample. Proces data begin mesure sample 3ml. Type of laser that used laser Nd-YaG with a wavelength of 532 nm and frequency of 10 Hz. The material used is pure water, tap water, admixture pure water and tap water with different of volume, and polystarene. Each of sample will interac with the laser power is different and same time. Interaction process is done focused beam laser with each material. Interaction process beam laser with material will cause sound and do recorded sound. Simulated process is done calculate the amount of probability breakdown at every sound. In the calculate process probability breakdown of data using Matlab programming laguage can be seen for pure water, combined pure water with tap water with a small energy probability breakdown has not occurred while the sample Polystarene 330, 7,5ppb, Polystarene 330, 15ppb and tap water have occurred.en_US
