dc.description.abstractResearch the influence of the carbon coating on the anode active material material Na2Li2Ti6O14 has been conducted synthesis manufacturing materials: LiOH.H2O, TiO2 and Na2CO3 to know influence of coating materials on carbon anode Na2Li2Ti6O14 active ingredients. Powder metallurgy methods on kalsinasi 700 oC for 2 hours in sintering and 800 °C. Then done coating with tapioca and acetic acid with comparative ingredients. 12:1, 10:1, 8:1 via the process of pyrolysis carbon with sodium. to determine the influence of the coating in an electrochemical cell Na2Li2Ti6O14 battery performance. Testing done i.e. the phase analysis and crystal structure using XRD, knowing the conductivity using EIS, knows the redox reactions using the CV, and knowing the capacity of using the CD. XRD analysis generated by the phase is lithium sodium titanium oxide chemical formula (NaLiTi3O7) and phase rutyl, syn with the chemical formula (TiO2) as many as 96% and 4%. The results of the EIS shows the highest conductivity was at 12:1 is the lowest conductivity without the coating, then the results are shown on a sample CV 12:1, 10:1, 8:1 and non oxidation/reduction of peak coating that has best is 10:1, and the best capacity on samples of 12:1 with a capacity charge 101.7 mAh/g and a discharge capacity 60.9 mAh/g.en_US
