The problems that arise in the industrial world often have no definite answer, fuzzy logic is one
method to analyze the uncertain system. This research discusses the application of fuzzy logic
in production by the method of problem solving Sugeno approach. Problem that is solved is
how to determine if the production of goods using only two variables as input data, namely:
demand and supply. The first step in resolving the production of goods using the Sugeno
method is determining the input variables and output variables which are firmly set, the second
step is changing the input variables into a fuzzy set with fuzzifikasi process, then the third step
is the set of fuzzy data processing by the method of maximum. The final step or the fourth is to
change the output to be set firmly in the defuzzifikasi the centroid method, so that it will obtain
the desired result on the output variable. Production problem resolution using Sugeno method
has a constant output or system of linear equations. The fuzzy curve of “shoulder” shape is
used to represent the fuzzy goal constraints limit of tolerance. Model of fuzzy goal constraints
are solved by software matlab 6.1 toolbox fuzzy so that the resulting optimal production for
each month during the period of 2011
