dc.description.abstractEach company will always strive to obtain the maximum benefit in any field. Similarly, the North Sumatra Provincial RSJ always strive to provide superior service to patients with maximum benefit anyway. To obtain it one that can be done is with the allocation of nurses. This paper discusses the setting shifts of nurses who work in the North Sumatra Provincial RSJ using dynamic program. Of wetting is expected nurses working at its optimum per week is 630 people each week. Wherein each of her shift was on the morning shift as many as 58 people, 16 people the day shift and night 16 people.en_US
