Penerapan Program Kampus Mengajar dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Anak di SD Negeri 060894 Kelurahan Titi Rante Kecamatan Medan Baru

Abstract

The Teaching Campus Program is part of the Merdeka Learning Campus Independent Program which aims to provide opportunities for students to learn and develop themselves through activities outside of lectures. In the campus teaching program, students will be placed in elementary schools close to their domicile with school accreditation still C, one of which is SD Negeri 060894, Titi Rante Village, Medan Baru District. Where students help the teaching and learning process in schools, assist administration, and assist technology adaptation. The presence of the Teaching Campus program in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic is expected to improve the quality of children's education. Improving the quality of education is specifically oriented to improving the quality of human resources. The quality of resources will be influenced by the inputs, processes and outputs of education. So there needs to be a synergy between these three things. The quality or quality of education will be good if both educational organizations and the government have been able to apply proper management in its implementation. So that there are no weaknesses in terms of curriculum, infrastructure, learning processes, and the quality of human resources. The quality of education in its implementation needs to receive intensive supervision from education providers.
