Patient satisfaction with the services the Department of Orthodontics Faculty of
Dentistry, University of North Sumatra by using logistic regression with spreadson
50 respondents to the questionnaire 5 observed variables, namely: physical evidence,
reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance. Patient satisfaction with the
services the Department of Orthodontics Faculty of Dentistry, University of North
Sumatra were examined using logistic regression models. A total of 50 respondens
surveyed by using purposive sampling offive observed variables namely: tangibles,
reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance. From the results of the logistic
regression equation can be interpreted, from five independent variables studied, there
are three independent variables that affect positively and significantly and negatively
affect the two independent variables and not significant
