dc.description.abstract | Conjoint analysis is a technique to measure consumer preferences for products or
services . Conjoint analysis is based on the subjectivity of consumers against several
combinations of the features offered . Consumer subjectivity is measured through the
ranks or scores ( Likert scale ) . Conjoint analysis results in the form of quantitative
information that can model the consumer preference for some combinations of
product features . In this study, conjoint analysis can be used to determine student
preferences on attributes considered important in choosing High School (Study Case
Student Final Level of Secondary School in District Sigli City) . This study uses six
attributes which consists of 2 or 3 level attributes . This study uses primary data
obtained from questionnaires to students totaling 91 peoples . The results of this study
indicate that school attributes that have the greatest interest rate affecting students in
choosing a high school in the district town of Sigli is an attribute of school facilities .
While the combination of attributes that can influence students in choosing a school is
school achievement in the field of education , educators or teachers who excel , school
fees contributed by cost coaching education , school facilities are considered to be
more important are the means of education facilities , and sports facilities , school
location interest is the location of the school in the center of town and out of town as
well as the status of public schools | en_US |
