Additive Main Effects and Multiplicative Interaction (AMMI) analysis is an alternative method that is able to combine reliability that Principal Component Analysis (PCA) for the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) interaction effect. In addition, the model is very good AMMI used as a tool for exploration of an appropriate model on a cluser of specific data. If none of the real components of the model simply by additive effects only. Conversely, if the only real effect it doubles the proper modeling is the PCA. If all of the components interact real means of interaction effects are really complex, do not allow for reduction without loss of information. Minimum cumulative diversity that used 75% fairly explain the effect of interactions of data analyzed.en_US
